I have never heard anything like this! At first I was a little skeptical of this. It sounds pretty rediculous, but I tried it, and it works very well. I set it up on the bed, and followed the instructions. Who would ever thought to count the numbers of thrusts while doing it. It is really cool that it also tells me the numbers of calories that I have lost. My score was 429, I am going to try and beat it next time!
